East Side Cocktail Recipe

A relative of the classic South Side, which originated at a high-society sporting club on Long Island, the East Side is enhanced with the addition of muddled cucumber. When it comes to hot-weather drinks, mint, gin, and cucumber make as near to a perfect match as you'll find.
